We atHotel Serena we are ready to start again and we are preparing to allow you to spend a peaceful and safe holiday, with still more attention and care in matters of health and hygiene. We have missed you and look forward to welcoming you and showing you how we have adapted all our services to comply with current regulations, to protect your safety and the health of everyone.

> Common Spaces

We have installed several sanitizing gel dispenser alcohol-based at different entry and exit points: you can sanitize your hands as often as you like.
Also, if you have any doubts about how to behave in the hotel, you will find useful signs on the rules to follow at the hotel for a proper stay.
And to protect everyone's health even more, the common areas will be cleaned several times a day with alcohol-based detergents, as required by current regulations.

> Rooms

Have sweet dreams: before your arrival, the rooms will be sanitized to allow you a peaceful and carefree rest.

> Restaurant

In the dining room you will have even more space to eat: the tables will be spaced each other in full compliance with the rules, ensuring adequate safety and comfort for all our guests.
In addition, to avoid unnecessary assemblages and queues, the catering service will be entirely and conveniently served at the table. Any buffet food will be served, no self-service buffet is allowed.

> Aperitifs, parties and typical dinners

At Hotel Serena fun is an integral part of the holiday we intend to offer you. This year it will be a little more "sober" but still present!
The aperitif and the weekly party, transformed into a gala dinner accompanied by piano bar, and the typical Romagna dinner will be enjoyed with table service and maintaining the expected interpersonal distance.

> Beach

Also this year we will maintain the agreement with the beach and each family will have its own umbrella and two sunbeds.
In addition, you can relax in the sun without worries: each umbrella will be adequately spaced on the other hand, in accordance with the regulations in force, and sanitized after every guest change.

> Animation for young guests

We have always had an eye for our little guests and their safety is always close to our heart.
That's why we decided to organize shifts to allow all children to participate and enjoy the entertainment dedicated to them.
The premises and equipment used will be disinfected at every shift change of children on a daily basis.
In addition, our animators will be in charge of enforcing the safety distancewatching her in turn.
